"verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitutes sexual harassment when:

Submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of an individual's employment;

Submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for employment decisions affecting such individual; or

Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work performance by creating an intimidating hostile or sexually offensive work environment.”

Look, you really don't have to do this. I do appreciate your efforts and i see why a lot of people agree, but ultimately people have different world views.

There's a logical barrier that you're not gonna cross and neither will i so we don't need to waste each other's time. Your efforts are much better spent among your target audience.
