i've seen the syndrome before. She's a classic sociopath, genuinely believes that her lies are absolute fact, like in her mind she makes up a self serving lie and really believes that tangible reality itself literally is what she decides it is.

she's missing a mental faculty called cognitive filtering. I knew someone like that. She genuinely does not know that everyone can see right through her.
